Onsite Bookings

Onsite bookings are arranged on a "first come, first served" basis.
Typically onsite visits are available Monday to Friday depending on availability, and are booked as either "AM" or "PM".
It is not possible to book specific times for an on site visit, since each appointment can last anything from 5 minutes to several hours.

Please note that in some cases work cannot be completed on site within the booked time frame. In this eventuality your machine will be taken to our workshop and returned to you as soon as is technically possible.

Onsite Charges

Onsite support is subject to a call out charge in addition to normal hourly rates. This fee is in order to cover transportation costs.

Our onsite labour charges (not including parts) are dependant on each individual job and are billed in half-hourly segments.

Please note that a minimum charge will always apply to cover the cost of diagnosis, even when a repair is not possible or aborted at your request.

Onsite Support

If bringing your computer to us is too daunting, or if you require environment specific work undertaking - such as installing new equipment or troubleshooting internet connectivity - then we can offer onsite support.

We understand the importance of computer access for both home and business users, and therefore offer the flexibility and convenience of onsite visits in your own home or workplace.
