Repair Bookings

Workshop based repairs and upgrades are booked in using a queueing system.
No prior appointment is required, simply bring your PC Base Unit or Laptop in to us and we will add it to the list of jobs currently waiting.

Typical turnaround time is usually 48 hours, depending on the nature of the work required.

Please note that turnaround time may be longer if replacement parts are required.

Labour Charges

Our workshop labour charges (not including parts) are dependant on each individual job and are billed in half-hourly segments.

Please note that a minimum charge will always apply to cover the cost of diagnosis, even when a repair is not possible or aborted at your request.
